What is it?
Plasma Gel can be gained and utilized for wrinkle augmentation in a single session. This Bio-filler Gel can be used to augment very fine lines and wrinkles as well as larger areas of the facial skin that need to be treated. The Plasma Gel is made by processing the patient’s own blood and in turn it is injected to volumise, lift, and rejuvenate the face, neck and hands. Plasma Gel has the same colour and form as autologous fat, but when injected, the softness is much better than autologous fat and it allows foras it is more precise and refined.
The treatment
For each treatment, our doctor will take between 10 and 20 ml blood which is centrifuged, filtered and processed to create the Platelet- Rich Serum and then the Plasma Gel.
The Plasma Gel or Bio-Filler can be injected to treat wrinkles and lines and to lift and rejuvenate areas that have suffered volume loss. In addition, this treatment also achieves bio-stimulation with stem cells and growth factors producing collagen.
The first results are visible immediately after the treatment and effects of the collagen production can be seen after a couple of weeks. After a couple of months the plasma gel is naturally and completely absorbed in the treated area.
Initially , we suggest a course of 3 sessions with a 4-week interval. The results last for about 2 years after the 3rd session if it is combined with PRP serum injections.
